Q: I purchased 180 pills but only received one package containing 90 pills?
A: Please note that if there are 90 or more pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages. For example: When you purchase 360 pills you will receive 4 packages each containing 90 pills, therefore you might receive the packages on different days.

Q: I received a confirmation email more than 24 days ago, why has my order not arrived?
A: As can happen with any order that arrives via mail, occasionally we experience unexpected delays in the delivery. If this is due to an error on our part, we will rectify the problem immediately; if it is due to postal error, we can follow it up with them on your behalf.

Q: Where are you based?

Q: I tried to call the office and there was no answer?

Q: What’s the difference between a generic and a brand name drug?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.

Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
